2.3 Camera Access

We request access to your device's camera for:

  • Scanning QR codes for asset and vehicle management
  • Taking vehicle inspection photos (6 photos per inspection)
  • QR code scanning is only used when you actively choose to scan
  • Vehicle inspection photos are stored securely in our cloud system

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Firebase Services

We use Firebase for:

  • Authentication: Managing user accounts and secure sign-in
  • Firestore: Storing and managing asset inventory, vehicle fleet data, user profiles, and company data
  • All data is stored securely on Google Cloud Infrastructure

3.2 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions:

  • Processing subscription purchases
  • Managing subscription status
  • Handling subscription renewals and cancellations
  • Transaction data is processed securely through Apple's App Store

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • We follow industry best practices for data security

8. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active
  • Asset, vehicle, and inspection data is retained per company requirements
  • Inactive accounts (no login activity for 90 consecutive days) will be automatically deleted along with all associated data
  • You can delete your account and data at any time using the in-app account deletion feature

9. How to Delete Your Account and Data

You have full control over your data and can delete your account at any time directly from the app:

Account Deletion Steps:

  1. 1.Open the StockTrackPro app and navigate to the Account Tab
  2. 2.Tap on "Manage Account"
  3. 3.When the alert appears asking "Choose an action", tap "Delete Account"
  4. 4.Confirm your decision by tapping "Delete" in the confirmation alert
  5. 5.Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted

What Gets Deleted:

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your user profile and account information
  • All company data and settings
  • Asset and inventory records
  • Vehicle fleet data and inspection records
  • All uploaded photos and documents
  • Team member information
  • Location and access code data

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before deleting your account. Note that subscription cancellations must be managed separately through your Apple App Store account settings.

10. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for and does not target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email.
